Cyclic-heating insulated water treatment tank Technical Field The present invention relates to the field of sewage treatment, and in particular to a heating insulated tank for water treatment. Background In the field of sewage treatment, tank bodies of various reactors are of a common single-layer structure, and are mostly made of carbon steel, stainless steel or a Polypropylene (PP) material. In southern winter or in northern cold regions, for the purpose of effectively breeding a strain in the tank body (a general temperature is 25-35°C), and improving a reserve of activated sewage, a layer of insulation material covers a surface of the tank body generally. However, the insulation material only serves as insulating and anti-freezing effects, and does not have an actual effect for improvement of the temperature in the tank body.
Additionally, in Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) and Internal Circulated (IC) reactors, in order to generate anaerobic granular sludge, it is necessary to heat a water body. Presently, an electric heating rod or an electromagnetic heating form is often used. Firstly, a safety coefficient is low; and secondly, an energy consumption is high, particularly for a large tank body.
Furthermore, in an aerobiotic tank, in order to culture aerobiotic granular sludge, the water body also needs to be heated, but the energy consumption is high and a further improvement is to be made.
Summary An objective of the present invention is to provide a cyclic-heating insulated water treatment tank, which has a low energy consumption, does not need to increase a medium flow channel with the utilization of an intrinsic structure of a tank body, and has a good heating insulated effect.
In order to achieve the above objective of the present invention, a technical solution of the present invention is as follows: a cyclic-heating insulated water treatment tank includes a tank body; the tank body is a hollow winding pipe; a hollow framework of a hollow plate of the hollow winding pipe forms a spiral flow channel 1 penetrating from end to end; a flow heating medium is guided to the spiral flow channel; and an inlet and an outlet are provided on head and tail ends of the spiral flow channel.
As a preferable embodiment, the inlet is connected to a heating apparatus via a pipeline, and the outlet is connected to the heating apparatus via a circulation pipeline, so that cyclic heating forms.
As a still preferable embodiment, the heating medium is water, and the corresponding heating apparatus is a solar heater. The water body is directly heated by using a solar energy, thus greatly reducing an energy consumption and facilitating an industrial application.
As another still preferable embodiment, the heating medium is steam, and the corresponding heating apparatus is a central heating system, which mainly aims at the central heating system in a northern area and has a low cost.
As a preferable embodiment, the plate of the hollow winding pipe is a hollow Polypropylene (PP) plate, a hollow Polyethylene (PE) plate, a hollow stainless steel plate, a hollow carbon steel plate or a hollow glass steel plate, most preferably the hollow PP plate.
As a preferable embodiment, the tank body is horizontal or vertical.
The present invention has the following beneficial effects: a tank body of the present invention uses a hollow winding PP to effectively guarantee a service life and a strength; a hollow structure forms a spiral penetrated natural flow channel, and a heating medium is charged to the flow channel, thus greatly reducing a manufacturing cost, obtaining a good heating effect and facilitating an industrial application.

Embodiment 1: as shown in Fig. 1, a cyclic-heating insulated water treatment tank includes a horizontal tank body 1, the tank body 1 is a hollow winding PP pipe, a hollow framework of a hollow PP plate of the hollow winding PP pipe forms a spiral flow channel 1.1 penetrating from end to end, hot water is guided to the spiral flow channel 1.1, and an inlet 1.1.1 and an outlet 1.1.2 are provided on head and tail ends of the spiral flow channel 1.1. The inlet 1.1.1 is connected to a solar heater 3 via a water inlet pipeline 2, the outlet 1.1.2 is connected to an impounding reservoir 5 via a water outlet pipeline 4, the impounding reservoir 5 is connected to a solar heater 3 via a water return pipeline 6, and a pump and a valve are provided on the water inlet pipeline 2, the water outlet pipeline 4 and the water return pipeline 6.
Embodiment 2: a cyclic-heating insulated water treatment tank includes a horizontal tank body 1, the tank body 1 is a hollow winding PP pipe, a hollow framework of a hollow PP plate of the hollow winding PP pipe forms a spiral flow channel 1.1 penetrating from end to end, steam is guided to the spiral flow channel

1.1.2 are provided on head and tail ends of the spiral flow channel 1.1, the inlet 1.1.1 forms on a top end of the tank body 1, the outlet 1.1.2 forms on a bottom end of the tank body 1, the inlet 1.1.1 is connected to a solar heater 3 via a water inlet pipeline 2, the outlet 1.1.2 is connected to an impounding reservoir 5 via a water outlet pipeline 4, the impounding reservoir 5 is connected to the solar heater 3 via a water return pipeline 6, and a pump and a valve are disposed on the water inlet pipeline, the water outlet pipeline and the water return pipeline.
Embodiment 4, referring to Embodiment 3, the inlet 1.1.1 is connected to a central heating system 3 in the North via a gas inlet pipeline 2, and the outlet 1.1.2 is correspondingly provided with a pipeline to return to the central heating system.
